Giving Back

The Rosen Hotels & Resorts® mission statement includes the enhancement of our community. Our hotels follow Mr. Rosen’s lead by operating with the concept of giving back, with corporate social responsibility at the forefront. Numerous community events that benefit the non-profit sector take place at our hotels each year. These events have raised millions of dollars for local non-profit organizations such as Canine Companions for Independence, the American Cancer Society through its Cattle Baron’s Ball, Runway to Hope, and Junior Achievement, among others.

Our associates volunteer their time through community service projects organized by Human Resources on a monthly basis. Examples of these include Habitat for Humanity group builds, Second Harvest food-packing events, and community walks that create awareness for a number of initiatives. Many take it one step further by individually volunteering at their favorite organizations through board leadership positions.

A Culture of Giving

Give back because it’s the right thing to do. This declaration, said in multiple ways by Harris Rosen, president and owner of Rosen Hotels & Resorts®, propels our philanthropic vision. Our philanthropic vision is as simple as that. Guided by Mr. Rosen’s sincere passion for giving back, Rosen Hotels & Resorts® dedicates time, money, and hands-on help to enhance the quality of life of our hometown and neighbors. We also support organizations that share our passion for giving back as well as those with a special focus on education, wellness, animal welfare, and diversity.

Each person, being, and organization who benefit from our philanthropic endeavors are significant to Harris Rosen and the entire Rosen Hotels & Resorts® family. We strive to empower everyone we help as well as their communities because their success is what matters most.
